Who am I? - Part II

I am so glad to find this very informative site. i have been lurking for a while and reading, but i thought i would finally post today. I live in the suburbs of Seattle, WA and i work fulltime in healthcare and love to cook, craft, travel and sew. -savitha

Hello friends,

I am a married woman living with my husbband in singapore who is a professional photographer. I descend from India. Married and settled in singapore. I work in SGH as Pharmacy technician. Very hectic work schedule with 3 shifts a day. My life revolves around my family and work. Do get some free time to rest during my resdays after night shift or weekends sometimes. Most of the time I spend talking to my husband assisting him where possible. My husband struggles with his profession because most people do not support him. some people call him just for fun and checking of quotes only. I hope that someday he will be successful. Even after many stumbling blocks and negative sentiments from public he stays confident of achieving success. I hope visitors to this site will support my hubby. I want to support him or help him but I don't know anything about photography.

Hi and Good Morning to all you beautiful daughters of India.

Who am I? I think it is really difficult to answer, after all the 43 years of my life i am still pondering - Who really I am? Philosophically speaking though. Does any one really knows, who he or she is really? It is a real tough googly but still i will try to elucidate on my identity... atleast the mortal being that i am.

I am a proud mother, a happy wife and an entreprenur in the making.

I am a Mother of a teenaged daughter who is bundle of energy - both physical and creative. We all were when we were at that stage but probably our upbringing were different the energies did not surface to that extent.

I am also married blissfully. Wife of a man who has a mind of his own like me but who beleives in giving space to the other human, even if it his wife. Kudos!!!

I am an enterpreneur in the making... in my previous avataar before i started to realize my potential of making all my dreams come true I was a sculptor, a graphic designer and was designing the identities of corporations and businesses (and in the process loosing my own identity by becoming one amongst the milling crowds of "me too").

Well i have dreams like every one else has. Dreams of Financial freedom, dreams of being able to choose when to work, how much to work (or not work) and an ability to choose what kind of work. In short being my own boss. To work for my dreams rather than making some one else's dreams come true.

I live in this huge concrete jungle called MUMBAI... a megapolis and often called the "financial capital" of this emerging nation.

I think that is it all about. Please be free to interact on any subjects. I will be anxious to start a meaningful dialogue with any and all of my fellow beings.

I am stayingin Mumbai with my CA husband and two kids. Daughter has just joined in Firat Year JC in Science-Vocational Stream. Son is in 8th. I am fond of reading, listening to music, crocheting and trying out new recipes. Working at a Senior level in Autonomous body under Central Govt.
