Who am I? - Part II

hey all IL's
though is my first post on this forum.
i'm an old member. no nothing to do with me being selfish, or lazy, or whatever u all
might think.its just a paucity of time .some might say lack of time mgt.and not a good typing speed also does me in.ha ...ha.../
i've a small child of one yr, who takes up a lot of my time. but let me own up that since i joined this forum my life has become richer .what all i'm able to read about other people's life makes me feel connected. being in a transferable job ,i have felt footloose at times, but here i'm with so many ladies, who will be there ,here along with me, where ever i go.earlier, i was just reading(actually i prefer reading and talking to writing), but today with sonny asleep i've got time finally.

I stumbled upon this site while I was surfing the net. My name is Inder Chandra and I was born in Madhya Pradesh. Now most of my siblings are in Delhi. I currently live in Dayton Ohio, USA. I was in Banking for 26 years and just last year took early retirement with my husband. Suresh is a Physcist. We love to travel and now we have the freedom to travel anytime we want.
We have a dog and we love him a lot, he is so much. I love gardening and grow a vegetable garden every year. believe me it is so good to eat vegetables grown by yourself. I love it. I enjoy travelling, cooking & shopping. I do volunteer work at Red Cross and it is fun to help others.
I am looking forward to interacting with other ladies. Thanks for the oppertunity.

I came across this website while surfing and the diverse range of topics discussed here obviously caught my attention!! I am basically from Bangalore,India.Currently residing in the Midwest of Chicago. Recently got married and enjoying my married life to the fullest. Interested in learning more and making a career and a family.

Hi all..i am glad to be joining this site..i knew ..virtuality wud just do for me!! well,my name is Shalini, am in CA,USA,sitting at home, on an H4,just completed a short course in Pharmacy technology,have a background in the same line,from India.

The coordinator did mention...only dumb intros allowed...... that sure made me feel at home... hope i make it thru..!! to atleast one of you out there!!
