Who am I? - Part II

Hi People,

I am anusuya and i joined Indus Ladies Just today(i know am late, never mind....nothing s ever late)....!!

I was in USA for 2 years, had gone on an official trip(Onsite)...n now currently in India,Chennai as I am getting married in this september and wll be flying back to USA soon.Well thats the latest about me.

I am a fun loving person, like to make more friends...and i feel that this is the right place to start-off....!!

i find this site really very very useful....too good....with people giving very useful info abt our queries...so sicere....n i appreciate that.,,,n thats the reason why i wanted to join u all....

I joined this indusladies site today and it seems to be a very informative site that discusses on many aspects.
I am living in Australia for the past 2 years. We moved from Bangalore to Australia
I was born and brought up in Bellary, South India. I am a graduate in Computer Science. I am living with my husband, who is an IT consultant and 2 children who are in middle school and elementary schools now. I am a house wife and I enjoy cooking, cleaning,surfing the net. Also we watch a lot of movies in Telugu and Hindi.
Also I volunteer a lot in my childrens schools. That really enables me to spend my time constructively and build a good rapport with the teachers.
I love to try new recipes very often. Since my kids love indian food I make south indian,north indian.
Also, i am quite religious and try to celebrate all our festivals here. I also teach my children simple shlokas that can be recited on a daily basis before school.
That's all I can sum up for a short introduction.

I am extremly thankful that this is the first site i bumped into and few suggestions were simple and gave immediate relief to my kid.

am a home maker and a full time mom to a 9 month old baby girl. I stay in Bangalore with hubby n the kid.

this site has impressed me more than enough to enroll immediately

my hobbies are cooking.

Well to begin with..i joined Indus Ladies today ...and i really feel privileged to be a part of this beautiful team ..I am Padmashree ,married and at present staying in Sharjah ,UAE.Basically I am a native of Rajasthan..and i have lived my entire life in a place called Rajahmundry in Andhra pradesh ..My parents stay there ...got married ...and my sasural is in Kolkata ..My husband is CA and MBA working here in UAE..

Hmmmmmmmmm....I have done my masters and iam currently doing ICWA ..have just given icwa final...

I just wanted to get connected to people out here ...and my search ended with this site ..i really wish that i get along with u people ..

And I am new to Sharjah ....i want to get in touch with indians in sharjah ...so i could feel i am at home in an alien country ...i know there must be many ladies from sharjah here ..

I Am a new mom too and had a great time for the whole 9 months.
one advise which my doc gave that helped me a lot:

" pregnancy is great so treat yourself well and dont take it as a disease. try to be as normal as possible and do all that you normally did. In short don't act like a delicate darling.. you have to be completely yourself to have a active and a healthy baby"

this advise more or less sounded like a "Gyan" to me in my 7th week by as the time passed i actually got to understand that what she told me did actually make sense.

So Go ahead and enjoy each day .. dont' let anything let you down.. read as much as possible and talk as politely as possible u will have a gr8 kid to sit back and enjoy with
