i am anushka.. joined todayi came to knoe about this site by searching for dress materials shop in my city...and i found this site.i can't resist myself to register for the membership.it is a nice platform for getting answers for our querries...feeling great to join.

I am Bhuvana,I ve joined IndusLadies today.I was born and brought up in Chennai, South India.I am a post graduate in Computer Science.Prev I was working as a Lecturer and now I am a Home maker.I do read a lot of books like fiction, non fiction and magazines.

I'm Lavanya shortly called Laya living in US (California) for last 8mnths after wedding. I'm glad i found IL & happy to be a part of this. I think I'll have lots of helping hands & suggestions for many of my questions & will create an
awarness in my mind.

Dear Friends,
Today only I joined this great site recommended by my husband.I don't know from where he got the information and called me up and asked me have you heard about indusladies.com its a great site explore it.I came to this site and realized I was missing something for so long by not being a member of this site.This a great site and I think that it is helping all the indian ladies outside india in one or the other way.

Now i introduce a bit about myself.I got married in March 08 and shifted to Dallas,TX as my husband works here,Before marriage I was a software engineer working in Gurgaon,India.Now I am 100% spending my time at home cooking dishes (which is one of my interest areas which I was not able to explore earlier while working ).Other areas of interest are studyng ,reading,watching tv and movies offcourse.

I think it will be great knowing each other on this site.

This is Leela. I live in Phoenix, USA. I have been a member of IL from the past one year. I used to read through the posts frequently but never actively participated in discussions. I was recently married and the posts are more interesting to me now( may be now I can connect myself to some of the posts).

I'll try to be active in the discussions from now on.

Hi All,
I came in USA some 2 weeks back and was making prepared for getting bored here. But today while browsing the net aimlessly, I saw this site and immediately struck here. I never imagined of such a constructive way of communication among all the like minded persons staying miles of away but living in almost same situation. So I registered myself to be a part of this family.

Currently I am in Jersey City, NJ living with my husband who is in IT. I am a B.Tech (Food technology and Biochemical Engg) from Kolkata and was working in production house. Then got married last year and that lands me here.

That's almost all about myself.

I felt very lonely at times and thought why there is no place for ladies like me. I came across Indus Ladies and now i am very happy and can boast in front of my daughter. I am very happy to have come across you all friends and hope to continue this friendship forever.
