Who am I? - Part II

Hi All,

I am Ayshwarya, a software professional , based in TamilNadu.
I have moved to Aberdeen, Scotland for a work assignment.
Was searching for the verses of a slokam ( never had to do that back home, had to just walk up to amma/appa and ask them ), and found this site.

I am an Engineering Graduate ( though my passion lies elsewhere - I havent figured out exactly where ) with interest in Music ( to be more specific - Carnatic Music )

I think this is a site with lots of useful information for people in and outside India.
Though I cant be much of a contributor now ( I would probably be posting my questions here ), Will definitely contribute when I go back home ( Technically speaking - Will act as a mouthpiece for my parents to answer any questions here )

I am lathaa.I came to know about IL thru some local magazine and went thru it on the net.After going through the IL as felt as though as i am reading dictionary.A dictionary where one can get to know about mistries of life.I felt it so informative.I am happy to a part of this forum.

Regarding my family,i am a domestic engineer .I have a husband and 5yr old son.He keeps me busy all the the day.will be in touch.

I am a homemaker residing in mumbai witha religious bent of mind.My search for shlokas led me to IL.ifind it tobe a storehouse of info.

Needless to say iget lost inthe world of IL so much so that my husband & son jokingly remark abt rugulating my surfing hours. I find IL touching all aspects of life. i am a voracious reader of books but now IL has taken its place.

I just joined Indusladies yesterday. This site is definitely very resourceful. The work that all ILites have been doing till date is very commendable right from hospitality, sharing advices/tips/recipes etc. I guess the list just goes on and on.

I am settled in the US. Living here with my husband and soon, we are expecting our first baby. I am a computer engineer by profession. I love cooking and trying out new recipes, listening to music and singing, reading, embroidery etc. I also have a keen interest in mythology and our culture. It is a pleasure to find this site which provides valuable information on all this and related topics.

I am new member to this IL community. Well ....... I find everything interesting and informative in all the categories of forums. To tell something abt me short and sweet .... I am working in a IT company. Apart from my work I do paintings , sketchings and keep myself engaged in some or other work.

Cooking --- wat's that?
When I see many recipes here..... feel like trying some experiments.
I like music ( and ofcourse sing :) )
I thinks this is enough for now...........
