Hello Every body,
I have joined this group today. I am really excited about this. And at present i am in USA in Delaware along with my husband. Basically i am a classical dancer and performed world wide tours. I learnt my dance from my renowned master Vempati chinna satyam in Chennai. Basically i am a tamilian. My husband is on H1 and he is in the IT field.
I am also doing a business which is really expanding and is very aggressive and easy to make money. It is easy to earn $2 to 3000 monthly if we really do it and i am doing the same. I am also looking for some key people to expand our business We work as a team and its great community here in helping each other. Like we partnership with 500 companies here, like IBM, DELL and many more. If people are interested let me know i can give all the details about the business so that no woman is idle at home.

Hai Shobana,

I am sorry for not replying. I had not seen the replies for my message all these days (can you believe that). Anyway, I am in touch with Indira through some of her recipes. I do have her e-mail address. Thank you so much for the reply.

Amitha

You can leave comments for her on her webpage itself - you can see many comments that other readers have left her and I do see replies from her. You may want to search through that website to see if she has her personal contact info. I am not sure. Anyway, welcome to IL.

Shobana

Hai Blondie,

First of all I apologise for replying so late. I had not seen the replies to my message till now . Anyway thank you so much for the reply. I do have Indira's e-mail address and I contact her whenever I have any doubts about the recipes. Because I am learning cooking only now and am learning everything from scratch now. She is one of the best cooks that I have seen. I have visited sailu's kitchen also, but mostly I follow Indira's recipes. Recently I did Gutti Vankaya and I spoiled it thoroughly. Gravy was fantastic, but brinjals would not get cooked even after 5 whistles. God knows what was the reason. I cooked only those stuffed brinjals seperately in the oven afterwards and inspite of that the stuffing inside the brinjals was intact (it didn't get cooked). I cannot tell you how much pathetic it got because I was so hungry that day that I could have eaten plain rice. To add to it, gravy was fantastic, but brinjals was still raw - Imagine. Somehow I managed that day. I hope I can do better next time.

Thank you again for the reply.
Amitha

Just like you i also came to know about this site from mahanandi. I religiously check for her new posting at the end of the day at work so that i can get inspired to cook after getting home. Some of her recipe's back ground info fire me up so much that even if i am dog tired, i try them out. ex. her Amma mudda which is nothing but plain old mudda pappu and hot rice mixed with ghee and mango pickle and made into balls and served with the most precious ingredient i.e LOVE

her week end musings about any thing that catches her fancy and about her cat which she calls as kittayya are very interesting too.

another of my favorite andhra food blog is sailu'skitchen.com . If you haven't been there already I recommend that.
