Dear pari
Fabrics like cotton ,wool breathe easily ,helps to keep your body dry.so stick to these as far as possible.
Use deodorants that have low levels of bacteria killing metals like zinc.
Rub lime juice in your armpits to keep sweat away.
Reduce intake of onion, garlic, meat to keep smelling fresh as a daisy.
Drink plenty of water.
Take a cool shower now and then.

Dear Pari,

Talcum powder can be applied after bathing.

Regularly remove the unwanted hair under the armpits.

Avoid too much tensions. try to be relaxed.

bye,
nandhini

Hi Pari,

U live in the US, You can goto walmart or Target or any drug store and buy the brand Lady speedstick deoderent. First of all, remove all the hair in armpits and wash it with good saop and then after completely wiping/drying it, apply the lady speed stick and I can gurantee that you won't smell sweat for 24 hours. But make sure, you remove the hair regularly atleast once a week and apply this deo every single day , if possible both in the morning and evening and you will feel/smell fresh.

Its a very simple issue and deo doesn't cost much, its about $2.99 per pack and lasts atleast for 3 weeks or so.

In India, u may need stronger deo, but for US, this brand is the best I found so far.

Geeth Priya

hi Pari,

As others had suggested remove the hairs in the armpit and give a regular splash of vinegar (1 tablespoon diluted to 1 cup). This kills the bacteria responsible for the odour.

now to control sweat apply muluthani matti paste with rosewater b4 going to bed and leave it let it dry, morng u can wash while bathing. this even diminishes the darkness of the skin in that area.

if u dont get that if u have face pack out of white clay( which is for oily skin) apply that and let it sry and then wash this u need not leave for over night.

hope u find it useful
regards
