i thought everyone
gets ankle or calf muscle pain
in the night before going to bed...?

check a few things...
are you overweight?
mosaic or marble flooring?
your age also counts...

for the first
try eating light food
that does not contain oil
fast for a day or two
in a week once a day...
oru pozhudu...
take fruits instead..
exercise
breathe
walk..
feel fit and think positive

for the second
if living in a rented house
maybe you can shift.
but own house
try wearing chappals
or socks atleast in the evening...
a warm water
sole soak sure helps...

age has its tellings
especially if we are born
with weak vitality
but still keep at it
with positive
eats lifestyle and outlook
you are sure to get better...!

water
clean with soap and water
apply ammampacharisi leaves
stem or juice from plant
(ya not many are familiar
with this herb)
you can try makoi
manatakkali too...

to get to the bottom of it
get rid of constipation
eat more fruits
the mosaic tiles etc are also
a problem
try changing footwear to just leather
walk bare foot atleast for sometime
on lawn

try sticking closer to nature...!
