| hi thejasree, i can give you good home remedies for weakness. here are they - 1) have one Gooseberry (Nellikai) early morning everyday. it gives you strength and even prevents aging. 2) you can have Papaya fruit everyday or on alternate days. removes weakness. 3) you can have dry ginger (sukku) powder everyday in the afternoon directly or mix it with hot water and have. 4) have vallari leaves powder (available in herbal shops) fried in ghee both morning and evening. keeps you active. these are all really good and no side effects. regards, Vanaja |
