    Hi all,

    Is there anybody watching Yoga4U on Zee T.V ? I want to know the herbal remedies told by Dr. Naram. As these are very effective. But due to time problem I can not watch all the episodes.

    hi vrinda,
    I do watch yoga 4 u in zee tv. after my kids leave to school Infact i note the home remedies he tells I feel it is very useful with not any side effects . Since I was on vacation i missed it for 1 1/2 months , now i do watch it. If it is ona paricular topic let me know i will check my diary n let u know. Last week he was talking abt swine flu and any flu related problems.

    Hi! I am looking for a herbal remedy to loose weight. I am a mother of three. I have recently given birth to my youngest daughter, she is now 4 months old. I watch your show regularly and I and I know you emphasize on heberal remedies. I am looking for somthing that will not affect the baby as I am currently breast feeding.
