vasambu and one month old

    Hi all. my Mil suggested me to put vasambu along with my breast milk to my month old girl.she slept for long hours for two days. I stopped after 2 days. now she hasnt slept properly at all(just 2 hours entire day and few very short naps on the lap) I m worried if its because of vasambu.. please help.

    VASAMBU IS GOOD SEDATIVE ONE FOR INFANTS.BUT USED TO BE JUST TWO TO THREE DROPS PER DAY.IT GIVES INFANTS VERY GOOD SLEEP. INFANTS HAVE TO SLEEP MINIMUM FOR 12-13 HOURS PER DAY.SO U CAN USE IT NOT MORE THAN 2 TO 3 DROPS PER DAY.OTHERWISE Vasambu is cut into small circular pieces and then tied around the wrist, again this is supposed to be good for the stomach.A little suck on it will keep the baby calm..PLEASE DONT USE ABOVE 3 DROPS.ALAVUKKU MEERINAAL AMUDHAMUM NANJU.
