    though keeping your body hydrated is a must and has amazing benefits, there is a condition called over-hydration that could kill, and there have been cases on record around the world.

    Drinking too much fluid can lead to hyponatremia, which is when sodium in blood becomes too diluted. the tricky part is the same symptoms as that of dehydration can confuse you to take in more. yes nausea, dizziness, vomiting happen with over-hydration too.

    so people should learn how much is enough for their body system. you don't want your body to retain fluids, because your kidneys are overloaded/overworked.
