    @durgadeviramesh,

    I believe there are a couple of mudras that can help you. But I do not know much about them. However, you could do some simple yoga poses to help with back pain. As always remember to be gentle with yourself, hold the poses say for 5 sec first and increase the time. I do want to point out that strengthening your core will help you in the longer run. That said, here are some poses that can help you - Sethubandasana [​IMG]

    Reverse pigeon pose [​IMG]

    Ardha Marichyasana [​IMG]

    Knee twist. In this make sure that your shoulders stay on the ground and do not shift away from the ground. You can look away from the knee side to help you with this.[​IMG]

    Do - childpose 'balasana' to relax your back [​IMG]
    Finally rest in this pose, legs up against the wall. [​IMG]

    Make sure you do all the poses on both the sides, giving enough time. Once you are comfortable doing these and feel a difference, you can perhaps do more yoga working on strengthening your core.

    For any of the poses, do not hesitate to use a pillow for support under the lower back if need be. Hope this helps!
