    Green Leaves or Keerai has immense benefits. Try to include this in your diet weekly twice or thrice(minimum). Siddha Medicine strongly recommends Green Leaves and Millets(Siru Dhanyam) to lead a healthy life. Siddha – one of the oldest medicine system approx. 10,000years back.

    Sirukeerai helps to Strengthen the digestive system.

    Pasalakeerai, Murungaikeerai and Manithakalikeerai works wonders on digestive problem when consumed regularly.
