    hi everyone, i am writing my first post aboutbreathing. Left nostril breathing... That is cooling pranayama.. Inhale and bulge your stomach out and exhale and sink your stomach ..both inhalation and exhalation from left nostril only. Keep your right thumb between your two eyebrows and keep your index finger on your right nostril and close... Then inhale from left and exhale fromleft.. This is called chandruloma pranayama.. It can be done during periods.. Very good for reducing blood pressure.. Assures good peaceful sleep..releives stress. Very good for acidity and heartburns.. I hope u enjoyed my first post.. Will tell more about yogasanas and breathing patterns.. This chandruloma pranayama can be done in twelve multipes. U can do it daily for twelve rounds. U can increase that in twelve multiples. Inhale and exhale deeply for four counts. Stomach bulging in inhalation and stomach sinking in exhalation are important points. Puttsmom...
