| Dear ILites, Though everyone is aware drinking water is good for health but we also need to be aware of the side-effects of drinking too much water. A woman had lost her sight due to drinking too much of water to reduce her BP. Few cases, it is even fatal. Check the below urls for more info on these news. Quote:

The best indicator that one is drinking enough water is when urine comes out pale yellow to clear.
