| DRINK WATERON EMPTY STOMACH It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. | Hi, Yeah,drinking water in empty stomach is very good for health. I am drinking water in the empty stomach but after brushing. But how can we drink water without brushing our teeth? I feel that it is unhygienic for health as many of germs may go inside our body.,but this is my personal opinion. I dont know wat doctors' are recommending. Cheers., suba |

| Hi all, Yes, I too agree drinking water is good for health but we also need to be aware of the side-effects of drinking too much water. A woman had lost her sight due to drinking too much of water to reduce her BP. Few cases, it is even fatal. | Hai friends........ Thank u for sharing the message and all replies..... Even my dad had this habit of drinking water in empty stomach even b4 brushing(he will brush definitely b4 going to bed)............jus goggle twice or thrice and then drink water....if u feel bad ..........
