cough and cold home remedy

Boil milk with a pinch of turmeric and give it warm.
Apply vicks liberally on chest ,back and under the feet and make the child wear socks.
How old is ur kid?

 

3-4 times of steamy air. Will give good results if you add eucalyptus oil else little turmeric to boiling water.

children over the age of 2, adding a few drops of menthol to the bath water will help .
