how edible gum(gaund) is necessary for health and also which aniseeds(saunf) to eat or good for health....thickones or bareek ones...
Edible gum is also known as dink. It increases body heat hence it is normally used during cold winter season. Laddus are prepared using it (available in sweet shops too) and given to new mothers as it is believed to strengthen the back bone. Regarding Saunf, in generla it is good for health as it has various health benefits viz, aids digestion, lowers cholestrol, etc But i have not come across any specific info on a particular variety.
