Hello,

If u people have mild stage of piles due to long travel and heat in the body,You can take badam pissin which u will get it in the local Indian medical store(naatu marundhu kadai).You can take that one teaspoon and soak it the water in the night.In the morning ,you can take it in the empty stomach. Its a wonderful medicine for piles. If people know more abt it. Keep posting
