Natural cure for pcos and Insulin resistance

    Hello,

    I have came across the older people saying the pcos persist in those days too. They dont have special name like this as Pcos. if the conception delayed, they have cinnamon a pinch and eat daily(a pinch of it) till conception. I have pcos but taking allopathy medicines. This cinnamon has the capacity of controlling Insulin resistance it seems. If anyone know more abt it plz it here

    Yeah PCOs existed in olden days too. Only to some it caused problems. Many woman have that but for some the csyst gets flushed during periods. When not, it creates problems.

    Cinnamon helps in various ways viz., to control bleeding, aids weight loss (this is important if you are more than your BMI), reduces cholestrol etc. Do "search" in IL to reduce your waiting time for a response as most of the topics are already discussed.
