Default Palming Exercise

Dear friends,

I learnt this exercise during my Master's Course in Yoga and Meditation classes

I thought it would be beneficial to everyone of you in IL.

1. firstly, rub your palms 10 to 15 times, you will generate heat
2. immediately keep your palms like a cup
3. first place your left palm on your left eye and then your right palm on your right eye, that is ,right hand fingers on your left hand fingers.

do this for 10 to 15 mins. if you feel you cannot do without any support for your hand, you can place a light pillow on your lap and you can rest your elbows on the pillow, so that you feel comfortable.

you can do this 5 to 6 times in a day,
especially those who strain your eyes more during your work.

our own body has lots of energy which can heal so many ailments in our body

this palming can be done

if you have throat pain, knee pain, any muscular pain, even when you are travelling, you can do this
along with your medicines, this palming will be like an added therapy, so that you heal fast.

this is out of my own experience. i still do this everyday.

love
padma

After reading this, I asked you that question. If I do this palming , will it also help me to recover quick from my back pain? I did two days and just one time a day. But it is good relief for my eyes. thanks Padma.
