lavender oil lulls you to sleep...
hallo friends.....my mother has got sleeping problem.....since last 15 days after she underwent gall bladder surgery....
after analysis in internet i found that lavender is good to make you fall into deep sleep....
but friends i donot know how to use it....
also will lavender oil help? if so which brand i should buy....please reply

dimple, if she is in pain, i don't know how far lavender will help..but yes lavender oil is prescribed for relaxation and relaxation and destressing.
i use the ones from auroville. maroma range..you will get lavender in any of the health and glow retail.
you can use a few drops during bath. you can also see if a lavendar diffuser helps.
apart from this chamomile tea if possible, and soothing music..instrumental..i think you get some under relaxation and sleep itself these days..

I am not sure of the brands, but you can get lavender essence..you can put a drop on pillow, there are lavender scented candles (bit expensive) and you also get lander based incense sticks (they come in gift packs).These are generally available in department stores and beauty stores such as Beauty Centre in Mumbai.
