Asthma type allergy

    Hi

    What can one take for dust allergy, symptoms r like those of asthma, hard to breathe, coughing, as if the chest has filled up..difficult to exhale...recently had started to clean around the house...for diwali...that is when my husband started experiencing these symptoms.

    I gave him ajwain/ova with warm water and he said that he felt a little better. What else can bring relief?

    Looks like dust allergy. GOing out of the dusty environment will help a lot. An allergy suppresant like Avil or Alaspn will give relief within few mins. Better go to a doc or ENT specialist.

    Pollution is more to blame than weather in winter. The smoke in air combines with rain during rainy season, can cause respiratory disorders . People should avoid early-morning and late-night walks as the air is more polluted and also smoggy air increases difficulties for asthma patients.
