 home remedy for UTI Hi............My mom is suffering from uti for long. antibiotics gave temporary relief,but it is recurring after antibiotics is discontinued.suggest some home remedies which will help her get relief permenantly. she is 73 years old.also suggest something for osteoarthritis,her left knee is totally useless past 1 year      |

 Re: home remedy for UTI Hi, For UTI Cranberry juice or any form of cranberry is very effective. It is not a cure. But if taken regularly it may prevent future infections. Hope this helps Regards Shobana |

| Re: home remedy for UTI Hello Geetha_sankaran, I would like to suggest something that is not medicinal.But i have met few people who get UTI when they consume mineral water or commercial bottled water.I dont know if that may be the reason with u r mom.But y not try changing the water. |
