    :thumbsup Health Innovation :thumbsup

!! My gray matter was struck hard with this jingle when the topic by-passed my mind !! :idea

"Yoga - the genuine health innovation against Roha - the diseased body ...
It's not just Stem-Selling the rot, rather, Stemming the rot perhaps !!! "

Click on to browse through my e-collage on the topic "Health Innovation" and leave your "first impressions" here in this thread :)
My first innovation of its kind too :)

Let us energize ourselves everyday with this blessed, divine kit..

Everyday we might go for a walk, spend time amidst nature, talk with our best buddies, write in our journals, curl up with a good book, listen to soothing music, fight with our partner, play with our kids, savour our hunger with favorites, so on and so forth, seconds spin minutes, and minutes roll on to hours, hours generate days !!...
But how many of us realize (or have realized) that Yoga is the best medicine and a preventive cure for anything under the blanket of Sun ??

Come on ... jot down your tips and share your views on anything related to Yoga..

What comes to my mind right now ?? A quick note ...
    - mental state of happiness
    - blossoming inward journey of life
    - tackling problems with a smile
    - meditation strengthening our concentration
    - peaceful life with stress not tresspassing its limits
    - focus on eustress
    - negating distress
    - treating everyone similar to one's own self

what else... my list will go on...
now let me pause to hear from my dearies here !!:)

    Regards,
    RV

Yoga = "Yuj" (unity) in Sanskrit

Focus of Yoga :idea - at least the once that I have learnt from my father !! :)

    - Balance between mind and body
    - Relaxation techniques
    - Suits any age, body shape and fitness levels
    - Improves Physical, Mental and Emotional wellbeing
    - Muscle toning
    - Improved blood circulation

Let me sit back and think for a while........ :)

    Hi Ramya,

that's a good collage you have done. I was earlier doing some of the yogasnas but later on had to miss the sessions due to priorities. I think i have to get back to it again. Yes, yoga has wonderful cure for ailments too. But not many accomodates it in their daily schedule (including me!!!!).

YOu have started a thread now, so, let's see how many are pouring in their views and experiences for the others to benefit.

Definitely I agree with you. The accomodation of body-mind relaxation technique is what is posing a great threat in today's fast paced world. Every one of us want to be great seamers - coping up with the monotony of work and life; but we hesitate to think about the calmness that is present within ourselves !

As you have rightly pointed out, lets see how many PoV we get here.. let this thread be an eye-opener for many including myself :)

I have been regular enough, at least for the last one week with my walking, exercises and yoga & meditation - and thus wanted to share the great benefits that i felt internally with my dear fellows here !

Will wait for more - such - crispy replies :)

    Regards,
    RV

    Hey friends,

I did these for two days in night times.Practising it thru a book.

    1.Sarvangasana:
    increase the blood circulation level
    cures stomach problems
    cures appendicitis
    2.Shanmuga mutra:

this is really simple and very effective to release stress at the end of the day. Try this as it is very simple

    Have to sit in padmasana/vajrasana
Place your big fingers of both hands on ears, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nose and small fingers on mouth .
    Relaxe and breathe

    3.Padmasana;

It is paining a lot . Legs have a pain for some minutes. couldnt sit in the posture without pain. any suggestions ? Kindly giv me

    4. Komuga asanam
This is also very simple.I have koon mudhugu .. Helps to make the back bone strength.

    :)
