Use of fenugreek

    Sir,
    I am Rengarajan from Bangalore. In the month of May I had some respiratory problem due to high pressure and sugar. However I started taking fenugreek one spoon daily with one glass of water daily in empty stomach. Now, I am not facing any problems. I have become slim and lost my weight also about 8kg. I am in control with all type of starch foods and oil. Now my question is whether I can continue the fenugreek or I can leave it for few days?. But, I feel comfort when I am consuming it daily. Kindly suggest.
