here is a tip for healthy nail. Remove nail paint. Clean ur nails properly let them dry. Now apply luke warm olive oil on ur nails with cotton and massage smoothly. It will to get strong beautiful nails. But along with this take calcium rich diet essential for growth of nails. Few days dont apply any paint to ur nails let them breath.

Doctors say that by seeing nails they can say either we are suffering from disease or not it seems. Next time u observe and will surely find this..

If u won pinkish nails then u are in gud health or if ur nails are in dark color then u will must be facing some or the other health releated issues..

One more just likes we are nourshing our skin and hair plz do care for nails also..
Dont always cover them with nail enamel, let them breath air....

massaging avacado oil for the finger nails is supposed to strengthen nails.
