Default Brittle nail Problems and Soultions

Dear Friends,

I have this problem of brittle nails. No matter what I do, they grow and break. My nails get very soft when wet. Most of the times layers from the edges of nails come out, which make me to peel off the layer. Now the layer beneath gets thin and eventually I have to cut it off, otherwise it gets stuck to clothes and break unevenly.

Does anyone of you have the same problem or if someone could tell how to overcome this, as I love long nails..

apply almond oil to your nails before you go to sleep. it will strengthen your nail and also the nails grow fast.

I have the identical problem and the best thing I have found so far (by accident) is Miracle Foot Repair. It will fix your nails, cuticles and if your hands are really dry, fix that too. Works good on feet also!

Hi Deepali

Include skimmed milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, fish and sprouts in your diet to increase your protein and calcium intake.

Thanks
