I have been singing "Nila ve vaa" song from Mouna Ragam for past one week. I like the , melody and the freshness of Revathi in this particular song.

I'm at work so no music. ..
But at home we have 3 kinds of music .I put devotional songs and I have 2 year old dino who knows how to switch on cd player and plays rhymes cd and keeps dancing with it and my DH puts on aaha fm.
I don't know if you have heard it but there is a ad where they shout mokkasaami and she alsos says along with that.In addition when the rhymes cd is done she will cry and say somebody offfffeeeeeeeeed it.
Our house is like kalyana mandapam with 3 kinds of music blaring ...

true. that song reminds the tunes of illayaraja the great during 80's. It was done wantedly in the film. The entire movie revolves around the period of 1980's.Great effort by the team. If possible check the movie when you find time.Did you notice that dollar chain of the heroine in that song (good old gajalakshmi dollar) that too was in fashion during 80's. Like this there are numerous things throughout the movie.

yeah, I did notice that Gajalakshmi dollar and was wondering that nobody wears these nowadays??!!

Since I didn't watch the movie, was not aware of the details. Sure, will chk it out soon...just yesterday read in behindwoods.com that this movie is a hit !

Love the movie.. Simple story.. but as mani knows how to handle the screenplay I love the 10 mins of karthiks piece.. such a guy !!!!

Yep, I checked that too.. heard that the climax is the best part of the movie.. But am I contemplating .. since I don't like endings other than "Happily everafter"
