yes kagaz khi kashti is good number...

there is an ad that uses this song from ghar, that shows all the emotions of a woman who is completely in love and out of the world...and i love the song and the rendition by latha...many a day have related to this and here is the lyrics...

Do you like the song from Razia Sultan...Ae dil e naadan...sung by Lata? I am not sure, if it comes in the ghazal category...but just love it for the voice and haunting music by Khayyam.

wow, this song is always evergreen for me. hema comes to your mind without even trying right... this was one song that used to be sung in most of the competitions by lot of us classmates, at school....

I think the lyrics that really touch you are a ghazal in a way..or maybe we will change the thread title.
