Shilpa finally confessed to have done a nose plastic surgery.
According to DNAIndia - Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty had a nose job and a top fashion designer helped the actor find her look before she made her name as an Indian beauty.The Real Shilpa Shetty tells how she needed to make some changes to her appearance in order to break into the Bollywood industry, according to a new Sky One documentary.
The documentary tells the story of her life before she won Britain's Celebrity Big Brother reality television show.
She admits to having had a nose job, while a top fashion designer helped her find her fashion look.
The documentary also looks at her personal life and the string of actors and directors she has been linked with.

Koena looked quite nice before her plastic surgery . Check out her nose, eyebrows and lips. These for sure have gone under the knife. Plus for people who didn't know Koena has had breast implant done twice. Talk about an insecure star!. she must be the height of low self esteem.

Shruti hassan was recently seen at the Luck press meet in a different shaped nose. It looks quite sharp and not obviously long. The other 2 photos are from Luck trailer and some event last year. You can clearly see she has undergone a nose job.
But she should have gone for it before she shot for the movie Luck , it wouldnt have been so obvious then
I like her nose now
And yesh she has tattoo on her back which spells shruti hassan in tamil

Many bollywood actresses and actors resort to plastic surgery to make themselves look better. Nothing wrong in it , its their personal choice. they are constantly in the eye of public, hence they feel insecure about their looks and go for these procedure.
Coming to katrina kaif, the first picture is of katrina kaif during her boom days. The next one is the latest one.
I think her nose job looks great on her and also is very subtle. I thought she looked good both times

Shilpa Shetty, Priyanka Chopra, Ayesha Takia, Koena Mitra (she’s apparently had two), Shamita Shetty, Bipasha Basu, Aditi Govitrikar, Jessie Randhawa and, most recently, Sushama Reddy have supposedly had implants.
Madhuri Dixit, Sushmita Sen and Manisha Koirala apparently have had implants many many years back.

Check out Sushma Reddy then and now. It is quite obvious
And you thought all of it was natural?
