HI All,
This sunday we saw the costliest movie in malayalam industry 'pazhassi raja'.
OMG i just loved it. it was one of best war movies ever seen in indian cinema.the whole 3.5 hrs was all about the encounter with the BRITISH.never ever in any war scene do we get bored which should be credited.each war sequence is gripping and well directed.padma priya and sarath rocks!!

Thanks for the update neets.I wanted to watch it in the theatres.Heard that it was a perfect movie which handled the theme beautifully.Hope Mamooty had played his role exceptionally well as in Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha.I assume Kaniha doesnt have any major role as Padmapriya.Good to see Thilakan in the new releases.

Long time wait for watching Pazhassi Raja Movie...Is this movie running in Chennai or yet to be released in our state??? Heard great reviews about it..Can somebody help me with this please

It is such a great movie, I have been waiting to watch it the moment I heard of the making of the movie and when I learnt Mammotty is essaying the role of protagonist. And I am glad that my wait has been paid of very well by the director and the actors. The movie was great, but they could have found a better actor for the role of Governor. This guy just knew to give looks but the last dialogue of his made me like himJ Another great movie to the martyrs of independence after Kalapani from Molly wood. Padmapriya, Manoj K Jayan, Sarath Kumar, Kaniha everyone had essayed their roles very well, though Kaniha’s role in the film was merely shedding tears. My DH was a bit doubtful of how he will spend the long 3.30hrs in theatre but even he didn’t know how time went by. Each scene in the film was interesting , I never glanced at the watch while watching the film except at intermission and when Pazhassi was shot.

Iam also eagerly expecting to see Mammooty

mammooty is one who will mesmarise people.

i am awaiting the release in the middle east.

Mamooty doesnt make a larger than llife impression,just a humble,stubborn and determined person.kanigha was supposed to have a major role,but she doesnt make an impression. padma priya's fight scene is just awesome.she dubbed her voice own for the movie,so her dialouges ended up having that english prounced malayalam. sarath manoj k jain and suresh krishna has done perfect justice to their roles.sarath is exceptionally good.
