    Over the weekend, I watched Naduvula konjam pakkathai kaanom (NKPK)...actually, I wasnt disappointed at all...

    Overall a good movie...I should say very different from the usual movies. no fight, dance, song, heroine intro, romance etc...

    But, without all this, the director has proved that an interesting movie can be taken which make you sit in theatre and watch (rather laugh)...Though the base of the story is about a serios issue, the screenplay portrays in a way that, you enjoy...

    My son enjoyed this dialog "Sivaaaji seththuttaaraa???!!"..

    Only con I could think of is, they could have made the movie a little shorter...

    watched Kumki yesterday... dint like much expect the locations and songs and few comedies by thamb ramaiah.

    I felt the movie is very slow... I liked the songs

    I saw Kumki..

    Another sad ending story, but the location , cinematography was amazing ! Wow.. whattay skill this camera man has.. Every single grass was "GREEN" ! It was not dark green but fresh , crisp Green !

    Beautiful !

    As mentioned in sify reviews, "vikram prabhu" is not handsome in the first glance but he grows on us throughout the movie. Tall and well built figure , does his part during romance. by the end am sure you will say "oh wow , who knew he does look charming now"
    I dont know how he will look in an urban setting but for this story and getup he perfectly fit the picture.

    The elephant is portrayed so well, that every audience in their mind would think "how I wish I had such a cute elephant as a pet" . it may sound ridiculous to you now, but as you see the movie you'll get this thought.

    Tom Cruise's Jack Reacher... i some how feel his stunts are bollywoodish/kollywoodish... there is 1 scene where he catches a villian ..he drops his gun and decides to have a man to man ..one on one fights only to kill him in the end reallyy :bang:bang:bang if i was him i would spare that strain and would have shot him without actually fighting :bonk

    Started watching oru nadigaiyin vaakkumoolam....omg could not bear it..was looking like as if i was watching a long mega serial...did not watch it completely .....

    So now back to watching one of my all time fav mouna raagam ....can watch it n number of times !!!
