The new film, titled Sivaji is to be made at a budget of around Rs 50 crore, but like his other films Shankar is never constrained by budget limitations. Shankar’s one sentence storyline seems to have floored Rajnikanth who has asked him to develop it and write a script for him.Will Sivaji have a political undertone?
