Raja Raja and Production by H.G.K. Moorthy. the music is written by Mani Sharma. In this movie "Ilavattam" it is describes how a young boy stepping into adolescence faces the physical and mental changes in him. Adolescence is the period when one cannot control one’s own thoughts and cannot decide what is right and what is wrong.
The story tells us about a student in the adolescent age who is infatuated with a girl of his own age. All he wants is to have her. The sufferings and sorrows he faces due to his unfulfilled passion, how he overcomes all that and finally how he succeeds is the story of Illavattam. This movie is about all the youth who are irresponsible, living life in a care free manner with no regard for their parents and their future.
