Finest Actor of Bollywood (Hindi Movies)

Hi Friends,

We have been watching movies in theatre, DVd's, for years. Few of the actors are not from our generation, but yet we love to watch their movies. How about conducting a poll in IL and see who is the FINEST ACTOR OF BOLLYWOOD (Hindi Movies Only).

My favourite is Shahrukh Khan. But when acting is concerned i will give my full votes to Amitabh as Shahrukh is yet to prove his abilities in the field of acting like Amitabh. He is still hovering in a safer zone.

Dear Mals,

To be fair to all actors, I think you need to split up the polls. There are so many fine actors of yesteryears, forgotten by todays generations:

Ashok Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Guru Dutt, Dev Anand, comedian Johnny Walker, Pran and so on......

So we need to do multiple polls. My vote will go any day for Sanjeev Kumar, I think a less recognised fine actor whom we lost at a very young age.

Have you seen his "Kohshish"? and Aandhi and of course Sholay . Even though he had a small role, we can never forget it.

Hi,

I agree with Vandhana, it is really difficult to narrow it done to a few choices from so many good actors.

I voted for Aamir as i think he is a truly versatile actor and lives the character in each movie while Shah rukh just repeats himself - although in Chak de he was really good!!

My vote is for none of the above since the choices do not include
1. Sanjeev Kumar
2. Vinod khanna
3.forgot his name but acted in lot of patriotic movies

and let me add most of the contemporary actors best performing movies are hindi remakes of originals i.e they had someone to base their acting on/ off of. Where as the oldies performances are original material
