SPB felicitated!!!

Legendry playback singer, actor, music composer, TV show host and film producer S P Balasubramaniam was felicitated in Hyderabad on Sunday. Australian based NRI Koduru Ramamurthy conducted this felicitation ceremony on eve of SPB being conferred the Padmabhushan award by the Government of India.
Film maker K Viswanath, lyricist C Narayana Reddy, cricketer V V S Laxman, producer Allu Aravind, singers L R Eeswari, P B Srinivas,actors Tanikella Bharani, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Thammareddy Bharadwaja, R Narayanamurthy et al were present as Balu was being felicitated.
Balu and his wife were presented a shawl, a recitation and memento.
"A few people said Balu is getting himself felicitated by his friend.Music and talent have not stooped to that level yet. I never wanted a felicitation and my friend Ramamurthy has been trying to get me felicitated since two years now. I never wanted film personalities to come and hold meetings for me.I was always loved by music lovers and I am grateful to them" Balu said.
V V S Laxman, Allu Aravind and the other guests lauded the contribution of Balu to Telugu cinema and Indian film music.
