Reliable Realtors and Builders..

Hello Friends,

I am starting this thread in relation to the thread on "real estate boom in India". With all the changes happening in India , real estate is at its peak with people buying properties as an investment for future.

For lot of people who are living abroad and want to buy properties in India, there are few major issues:

Finding a property with clean records and without any hidden legal issues.
Finding reliable and authorized builders or realtors.
There are lot of people who have limited time available to visit India OR Have no one to help them back in India in finding a good and clear property.

Thought of starting this thread so that the ILs can input their experiences as well as let us know of good builders and realtors that they have come across. This way, with limited time in India, we can just approach those realtos in our list to find a good property.

How about starting with major cities like Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Coimbatore.. It will be helpful if the ILs could put the name of the city in the subject..
