Starting Nri Garden In Coimbatore

Folks,
We are planning to develop NRI garden near Neelambur. Location of the area is in Neelambur, 2.5 km from Avanashi Road near L&T Bypass road, 7 km from Coimbatore Airport, 9 km from Tidel Park (near Coimbatore Medical College) , DTP Approved. We are planning to enhance it with 30 feet tar road, childrens park, street lights, drainage, lots of greens. Plan is to have 75 plots, 15 cents each(almost 3 grounds). Cost of each plot will be around 20 lakhs including registration. Sale is only for NRI's. Potential buyers can contact me with questions and any other details needed.

Dear Ajaya,

It might be a good idea for you to introduce yourself, your company and the project in a more detailed manner. NRIs (that I personally know) usually find it hard to invest in India unless they are really sure about the builder and the project.

I am not trying to speak for everyone, but I personally feel this is an important consideration.

Shal is right.. A briek intro about all she mentioned would get you started if our IL women want to discuss with their husbands.

I invested in a property.. an NRI colony in Kovaipudur about 9 years back. Most of the residents in our colony are the parents of NRIs and culturally, it is very comfortable for NRIs to live in such organised community away from the city's pollution and cramped lifestyle.
