Hi Aditi, You can go to the site of HDFC and download the form or post a enquiry and their agent will come to your home with forms and everything. I had one of my friend who helped me but now he is not staying in Mulund and he is out of this mutual funds thing. Also you can compare it online. If i get any sites i will let you know. HDFC is good and even DSP mutual fund black rock is good. You can check yourself online on their sites.
