Recent days the hunger for investment has increased a lot.That we can see in form of sky rocketting prices.This shows the awareness among the people towards savings.Very good development.We get good returns in all the assets now.So
i would like to put a question.

Which according to you is best investment?

1.real estate
2.mutual funds,shares and ulips
3.gold
4.bank fd.

My vote is for shares...I would be the last person to invest in gold..Resale value is very less. We need to go around looking for lockers and paying the locker fee etc. Big headache.

Investing in real estate is good but now the real estate market is booming up. Most of them want to own a house..If u are planning to rent your house then u should get a good tenant, if u want them to vacate for some purpose they may or may not agree and so on...Not being pessimistic but narrating the happenings.

Best according to me is to invest in shares...Buy or sell at your convenient time.

According to me the good investment option is a real estate,bcoz this asset will again provide u an extra income ...so that ur opportunity cost will not loose .

My order: sorry with the bank interest, I cannot even think of fixed deposit.. its completely useless :)

(1) Real Estate Anyday - Land value beats anything.
(2) Gold - With the price rocketting up.. buying pure gold is the best ladies investment. The banks sell them too... many options are available so that you no need to have them in your hands.. its like fixed deposit with huge turnover over years... ;)
(3) Mutual funds - if you know your profile well.. then its the best option to try in this world..

Stocks, IPOS and what not.. not my cup of tea.. I cannot check every morning to see what;s happening in my stocks profile and keep following the companies profit/loss.. I feel its more like a gamble.. u never know the inside information of the company's financial status.. what if it ends up as ENRON one day ;)

My vote is Real estate. I would not buy gold now, but wait to see how it does.

First i will go with Mutual Funds and Stocks -If u follow the stock market daily it will give u decent returns within a short time frame
then comes Real estate,
gold, as one of the iltes mentioned here, resale value is very much less.
