re: Mixed Works : Metal Embossing & Glass Paintings

hi shanvy & kutti shanthi and kutti veda!
:thumbsup, your embossing and stain glass paintings have turned v ery well for a debut!!:cheers
one small suggestion from me: next time when you use the glas outliner, do not use it directly from the tube because sometimes due to air bubbles inside tube and excess pressure on the tube while squeezing you tend to get big blobs of outliner and the thickness will vary st diieren places! so make a mehandi cone out of a pliable plastic sheet and fill it 3/4th with outliner and seal it tight- make sure you have a v small gap at the tip ot make it without a hole and you can cut a v small one later. use it like a mehandi cone and seal it tightly when not i use- this is more economical and will give the painting a v good finish!
    all the best!

    Re: Aluminum foil

Thank you all for ur encouraging comment.
    The procedure is very simple

    Requirement:
    flat surface
    design
    Any blunt object
    a ball pen
    Aluminum foil
card board square or rectangular box of an inch thickness
    glue
Negligible pressure should be applied n finish the whole project in single shot which hardly need 30 to 40min

1.Take required length of foil, Unroll the foil on flat surface to avoid crush marks.
2.mark the box area n draw design using ball pen on right side(shiny one) within box area.
3.carefully turn the foil n using the blunt object with no pressure at all scratch the design on the wrong side.
4.Once the complete design is scratched put the box.glue the outer area of foil to the box

    Hope I am clear

    Re: Paper Dolls:Your comments pls

    Hi All,

Thanks a lot for your warm Welcome. :)
I am getting unexpected and pleasant views. Thanks again.

Vijaysampath, this I cannot tell u in words, but still let me try.
Quilling is an art of Paper. You can get these papers in market in 3,6 and 9MM size
Paper is folded with the help of quilling needle in rolls and these rolls are turned into different shapes.
For making dolls, you have to make a little tight role and then it should be pulled from inside to upward(can see the photo). To make face and body parts. It is quite simple.
You can see the videos in Youtube...it would be more helpful...
