Default Very Tasty!

Hi Meena,

I tried this mushroom recipe. It was very tasty .

We had it with Chappatis and wanted to keep on having non-stop!

BTW, I am not sure why it has the name 'Tava' mushrooms, though the recipe did not say anything like tossing/stir frying in a tava.

Default mushroom recipe....

Hi Rathi,

Glad u liked the recipe.
Its basically a tava recipe but I didn't specify it.
This is one of my daughters favourite. She too enjoys it that I spread it on the chappati and make a roll for her.
There are many recipes with mushroom but here u get the taste of only mushrooms mixed with all masalas and it tastes divine and a simple recipe tooo.

thanx for ur feedback.
