| hi i think one way of making children eat veg is by trying to make innvative recipes..one such is making chapathi rolls.... prepare chapathi the usual way..grate veg like carrots, cabbage and cut capsicum n onion into thin long pieces....heat butter in a kadai and add these veg and sum salt and a bit of red chilli powder for spicyness....when it gets cooked reomove frm fire and add lime juice... now smear ghee on the chapathis and spread sum of the veg mix and roll it.....this wud b very attractive for the children as it wud b very colorful and at the same time they get to eat all the veg and get desired nutrition.. lov Sowmi |
