Hi Soji,

Soak ragi in water for 2 hours. Drain and dry well. Then grind it by giving it to a flour mill. Or otherwise, you can sprout ragi and then dry them. Then grind. ok ?

The simplest way to use flax seeds is to use them in oats porridge. I dry roast the seeds and powder them. You can also them in muffins.

Hi,

I just get the flaxseeds and powder them in a mixer and use a teaspoon of it in all the food items i make everyday.It is a very good source of Omega3fatty acids.

Default How to preserve besan ladoo.

hi all,
yesterday i prepared some 40 ladoos,since yesterday i have keept it in a plastic box and its out in room temp.But i have to keep it for some days so should i keep out or any other way to preserve it....

i always keep besan ladoos in air tight container and they remain fresh for 15 - 20 days.
