| Hi Soji, Soak ragi in water for 2 hours. Drain and dry well. Then grind it by giving it to a flour mill. Or otherwise, you can sprout ragi and then dry them. Then grind. ok ? |

| hi all, yesterday i prepared some 40 ladoos,since yesterday i have keept it in a plastic box and its out in room temp.But i have to keep it for some days so should i keep out or any other way to preserve it.... Last edited by kads; 4th June 2008 at 07:22 PM. |
