| Hello Ladies, here's an easy recipe for prawn fry. PRAWN FRY Ingredients : Prawns ½ kg Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chilli powder 2 tsp Corn flour 1 ½ tsp Maida 1 tsp Salt Curry leaves a sprig chopped fine Oil for deep fry Method : Clean and de-vein prawns. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, corn flour, maida, salt and curry leaves to the prawns and mix well. Keep aside for 2 hrs. (marination ). After 2 hrs just before frying, add grated coconut OR Coconut powder 1 ½ tsp to the marinated prawns and mix well. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prawns till done. Note : 1. Adding coconut enhances the flavour. 2. frying prawns for a longer time makes it rubbery; remove the prawns as soon as it becomes lighter and little crispy. Hope u all like it.

| Hello Anuja, In hotels, they give chicken chukka....is very dry and it only has onion( no tomato), taste is hot and the dish colour is red. If you know this recipe, please reply me. Thanks rsankar. |

| Hi rsankar In this recipe food color was to be added to get the color to the chicken as you have said, but i have avoided using the color. And this would be the same dry and reddish color chukka curry with less gravy. You will come to know this when u try it out by adding the food color or else u can add saffron mixed with milk to get the color. goodluck Anuja |
