Hi Cheer and Sanravi,

I saw your Mail and request today only. Now I am in India and past one week I had work pressure. (Because after 3 months I am here). So I want some time to give the recipes.

But generally you can eat what ever you like. And eat according to your doctor's advice. You can take Soups, Greens(Keerai) , Fresh vegetable and Fruits to avoid 'constipation'.

Good Luck Ladies and Can you tell me your month?
