i have 1 small bowl of idly batter and another bowl of dosa batter at home. so i mixed it and made dosa. i sprinkled with green chillies, onions, coriander leaves. it tastes yummy and dosa looks like restaurant one and its crispy too.

Made medhu pakoda with besan & rice flour, onions, chillies, coriander, kasoori methi and omam (ajwain). Hot pakodas in a cold autumn night.

hi friends,
i tried farina pudding(sooji kheer). it came out very well. her eis the recipe:
Stove-top pudding made with Sooji Ghee Milk Sugar Pistachios Cream and Kewra. Farina pudding is not a baked item in India. It may be served warm or cold. Ingredients
1. Farina (Sooji): 1 Cup
2. Ghee (Clarified butter): 3 Tablespoon
Substitute: Vegetable Oil
3. Whole milk warm: 3 Cups
4. Sugar: 3/4 Cup
5. Heavy Whipping Cream: 1 Cup
6. Kewra: 1/2 Tablespoon
Substitute: Vanilla extract
7. Pistachio Nuts Shaved: 1/4 Cup Method
Step 1: In a heavy pan, melt Ghee. add farina. Fry farina till it is lightly brown. Add Items 1, 2, 3. Bring to boil. Simmer 15 minutes
Step 2: Add milk and sugar. Simmer about 15 minutes
Step 3: Add Sugar. Simmer 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add Cream. Simmer 5 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off heat. Add items 6 and 7. Let stand to cool.
Refrigerate and serve.

Hi, Today I made boondi ki sabji Here is the recipe 1 cup boondi,1 onion,1/4 cup tomato puree.2 green chillies sliced thin,1/2 tsp ginger paste,1 tablsp dahi,1 tsp kitchen king masala,1/2 tsp chilli powder,1/2 tsp haldi powder,1/2 tsp garam masala powder,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/2 tsp kasuri methi,2 tablsp oil,1 tsp ghee. soak boondi in water for 15 mins.Heat kadai,add 2 tablsp oil.When hot add 1 bay leaf and ginger paste.Saute.Add chopped onions and fry well.Add the tomato puree,haldi powder,slit green chillies and stir fry till onions turn pale brown,Add curd and saute further.Add kitchen king masala,garam masala.Drain the soaked boondi in a colander and add to the frying masala.Mix well.Add salt to taste.Add 1 cup water and simmer till gravy turns thick.Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.Cover with a lid.In a small kadai add ghee.When hot add the chilli powder and kasuri methi.Add to the sabji and cover once again.Ser hot with rotis after 5 mins.Very delicious and easy to make |  | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | |
